We will combine working on our physical AND mental health! You can’t have one without the other.

We did our first Ride & Heal in January in Oloolua Forest and this time we are coming to Karura!

We will start the morning with a ride in Karura Forest whereby you get to learn mountainbike skills from an experienced MTB coach. After this exhilarating ride, we proceed to enjoy a wonderful wellness session.

In this session you will get an opportunity to share and reflect and learn ways of feeling freer and happier!
