I love to go for a walk on my own. It brings me calm, peace, perspective and often lots of new ideas.

Do you like the idea of having time for yourself in the forest, but you don’t usually go by yourself, this is the perfect opportunity!

We will be walking in a group, but during the walk we will be silent and be with ourselves and let the soothing nature of nature do it’s magic.

Questions to reflect on will be available to those who wish to make use of this.

After the walk we will be taking some time to connect and share food & stories with each other.
